Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving the order.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached.

To request a return, please contact us by email or phone and provide your order number.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the return is approved or rejected.

If the return is approved, the refund will be made to the original payment card used during checkout.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.

Refund processing time may depend on the bank and card issuer.

Products cannot be returned if they are used, damaged by the customer, missing labels/tags, or not in their original condition.
